A sound address for Irish music

Some bands have curious origins: The Chinese Ministry of Culture sent a request to the University of Limerick, where Irish Folk can be studied, asking if they could send a few of the best students to celebrate St. Patrick's Day? Said and done. A few weeks later, five highly talented musicians are on a plane and rack their brains over how to put together a full-length program: "3 on the Bund" was born. The band consists of several award winners and brings a breath of fresh air into the folk scene with their mix of tradition, own songs & tunes, but also influences of world music. The Irish Music Magazine raves: " Powerful, energetic and eibrant". In March 2022 the "Bundies" toured as headliners of the Irish Heartbeat Tour for the first time in D, CH & A and were enthusiastically celebrated. At the same time the debut album "Frenzy" was released.
