On the following pages you'll find everything you need to know for a first impression of what being an exhibitor at the Internationale Kulturbörse Freiburg involves.
Options of participation
From industry newcomers to established artist agencies who have been regular exhibitors for years, here everyone can find the form of participation that suits them best. Even without performing live, you can take advantage of the synergies of this unique platform and establish new contacts.
- Main exhibitor with own fair stand
As a main exhibitor, you will occupy your own fair stand or, if applicable, occupy your own fair stand alongside co-exhibitors at a shared stand. A co-exhibitor may apply as a representative of its own company or as an independent artist.
- Co-exhibitor at a shared stand
Become a co-exhibitor and present yourself as your own company or individual artists together with other colleagues and companies. The main exhibitor is the contact person for all matters relating to participation. As a main and co-exhibitor, you will be presented with your own exhibitor entry in the IKF catalog and individual listings in the Event Directory. The co-exhibitor fee is 149.00 EUR.
- Stand in the joint area
Present yourself as your own company or individual artist together with other colleagues and companies with a 4 m² stand in the joint area. As an exhibitor in the joint area, you will be presented with your own exhibitor entry in the IKF catalog and the online exhibitor directory.

Cancellation fees:
Until 31 October 2024: 100.00 €* processing fee
Between 01 and 30 November 2024: 50% of the total net stand rental fee
From 01 December 2024: 100% of the total net stand rental fee
* Prices plus the statutory VAT applicable at the time of the event, as of April 2024
