"Felix Römer & Nachtfarben"

Felix Römer writes poetry. This has led to him being German-language poetry slam champion and winning the Deutsche Kleinkunstpreis (German Cabaret Prize) with Luksan Wunder.Now Römer is once again breaking new ground. Together with the band Nachtfarben, led by musician Martin Bosch, he has arranged his texts to create a multi-layered, resounding, and gripping program. Jazzy spheres as well as catchy pop lines, and rhythmic arrangements meet poetry. The result is pieces that are tailor-made around Römer's sonorous, warm voice. The musical slyness of Nachtfarben and Römer's immediacy mesh perfectly.It's not for nothing that Felix Lobrecht comments: “I recommend everything Felix Römer does, and if it's suddenly music, then it's suddenly music”.
