Everybody’s fighting, the price of a Döner rised to 8€ and a vicious new kind of mosquito stings even stingier. The world has become pure chaos and even “Queen of Clean” Marie Kondo has stopped tidying up. The only thing that can rescue us is the “Romantic Fireplace” DVD and a huge tub of ice-cream. Lara Ermer still doesn’t get too comfortable: She speaks the unforgiving truth about everything – in case of doubt even about herself. Her performance is based on a lot of research, the depths of the world wide web and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. It’s as serious as comedy can get. In “Highly Flammable” the comedian loves to play with the fire: Sometimes she delivers a firework of entertaining rage, sometimes her comedy is a soft crackle that warms the audience. Take out the marshmallows and get cozy.
